Carpets &
Non-Textile flooring

The aircraft floor is covered with a rich and soft carpet.

The main purpose of the carpet is to make the passengers feel welcome in the aircraft giving their feet a soft, bouncy feel of a living room. Also, many passengers tend to remove their shoes during long-haul flights and a soft carpet gives a feel-good effect to the journey.

The most common carpet material is wool; however, we offer certain unique blends and new materials with unique proprieties. Our floorings and upholstery meet specific regulatory requirements regarding flammability, smoke and toxicity. We offer carpet designs that are durable, stain-resistant & flame proof and complementary to the décor of the other cabin elements. The material that we use while making our carpets helps to improve air quality, reduce airborne dust and allergens. We have an assortment of customized and high-quality aircraft carpets available in various compositions, widths, colors and qualities to suit all your needs.

Non-Textile flooring

Aircraft flooring is one of the most important aspects of cabin interiors. Apart from durability, the non-textile flooring offers a host of other benefits like lightweight, flexibility and is very easy to clean & maintain. It has anti-slip properties to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers and crew members, plus it comes in multiple colors and textures to complement the interior décor. The fitting is done using a hot welding process that helps to reduce corrosion.

Thus, our flooring solutions not only satisfy the airline brand requirements but also take care of passenger comfort.

All engineering drawings to produce Non-Textile Flooring for both the cockpit and passenger compartments are approved by Part 21 Subpart G organization and release under UK CAA/EASA/DGCA Form 1.
